Brand Ambassador

JW Bell is a refined menswear brand dedicated to timeless style, exceptional service, and quality craftsmanship. We’re looking for a confident, polished, and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to help represent the JW Bell experience—both in-store and throughout the community.

About the Role

As a JW Bell Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of the brand. You’ll help customers discover pieces that elevate their wardrobe, educate them on product details and fit, and create an experience that reflects the sophistication and values of JW Bell.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and assist customers with personalized, attentive service
• Maintain deep knowledge of our product lines, including sport coats, performance wear, shirting, footwear, and seasonal collections
• Support merchandising efforts and uphold store presentation standards
• Represent the JW Bell brand at store events, community outreach, or local partnerships
• Assist with social media content support (styling, product knowledge, in-store features)
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth, elevated shopping environment

Qualifications

• Strong interest in menswear, style, or retail is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
• Ability to work weekends or event-based hours when needed
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
