Brand Ambassador

Job Summary As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company at Patient Appreciation Day (PAD) events, promoting our cannabis brand through engaging educational experiences and meaningful customer interactions. You will represent our values and products at retail locations, building strong relationships with customers and staff to boost brand visibility and drive sales. Your energy, professionalism, and cannabis knowledge will be key to creating memorable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down branded booths at partner retail locations for PAD events
• Ensure all displays, signage, and promotional materials reflect brand quality and create a welcoming event space
• Educate retail staff on product offerings, strain benefits, and brand messaging
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to customers
• Actively engage with event attendees, answer questions, and guide product selections
• Promote sales using upselling techniques and fun, interactive strategies
• Foster customer excitement and loyalty through positive, educational interactions
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
• Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
• Ensure consistent messaging and uphold brand standards during all events

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in brand representation, customer service, or retail sales preferred
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for cannabis and a strong understanding of cannabis products and consumption methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service instincts
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Physically able to lift, carry, and set up promotional materials (up to 40 pounds)
• Must be of legal age and comply with all local and state cannabis regulations

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Event-based work in retail store environments
• Requires standing for extended periods and moderate physical activity
• This position requires weekend availability from Friday through Sunday. While the role also includes weekday shifts, weekend availability is mandatory.
