Brand Ambassador

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at various events and promotional activities around the Southern half of Missouri. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for marketing and customer interaction, with the ability to effectively communicate our brand message. This role is crucial in building brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales through direct interaction with potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at events and promotions to promote brand awareness and product offerings.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring an informative experience for attendees.
• Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and engages the audience.
• Assist in event marketing efforts, including planning and executing promotional activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and brand values.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
• Represent the brand at public speaking engagements as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in cannabis retail is a plus, showcasing customer interaction skills.
• Familiarity with data collection methods to gather insights from customer interactions.
• Proven experience in social media management, with an understanding of best practices for engagement.
• Background in sales or marketing preferred, demonstrating an ability to drive results.
