Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Location: Statewide – Michigan Company: Freedom Green Farms

About the Role

The Brand Ambassador represents Freedom Green Farms across the state of Michigan. This role is responsible for in-store marketing, product education, sales support, and increasing brand visibility both in person and online. The ideal candidate is personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about cannabis products, with the ability to build strong relationships with budtenders, retail partners, and customers.

In-Person Responsibilities

  • Attend all scheduled vendor days, pop-ups, and special events
  • Educate budtenders and customers on:
  • Freedom Green Farms products
  • Current deals and promotions
  • The Freedom Green Farms brand story
  • Key differentiators versus competitors
  • Support sales efforts by encouraging customer purchases and motivating budtenders to recommend Freedom Green Farms products
  • Build genuine, lasting relationships with customers and budtenders to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty
  • Check product inventory in assigned stores and assist sales representatives with reorders
  • Create, maintain, and ensure the presence of attractive in-store product displays( if stores want it)

Marketing Duties

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during vendor days and events
  • Submit content to the Marketing Director in a timely manner
  • Encourage budtenders and customers to follow Freedom Green Farms on social media
  • Actively collect and relay customer and budtender feedback

Communication Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with assigned sales representatives regarding store updates, schedule changes, and product issues
  • Submit reports after every event and keep internal teams informed of schedules and availability
  • Provide continuous check-ins and updates
  • Maintain professionalism and brand consistency during all interactions

Tools and Systems

  • Google Calendar: Track schedules, vendor days, and events
  • Email: Communicate with sales representatives and the marketing team
  • Reporting Forms: Submit daily and weekly activity summaries

Performance Expectations

  • Consistent attendance and punctuality for all scheduled events and meetings
  • High-quality customer engagement and accurate product education
  • Active, compliant social media participation when required
  • Professional and effective communication with customers and retail partners
  • Regular check-ins and accurate reporting of completed work hours

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent statewide travel is required
  • Reliable transportation is provided for work-related travel only
  • Role involves being on the road consistently

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
