About Hail Mary:

Hail Mary is a hemp-infused THC beverage created by former NFL player Micah Hyde. It’s a functional, social alternative to alcohol grounded in cannabinoid education, community connection, and stigma reduction. We’re here to redefine what celebration looks like on game days, weekdays, and everything in between.

Role overview:

We’re hiring passionate, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to help launch and grow Hail Mary across the Greater New Orleans area. If you thrive in social settings, love educating people, and want to help shape a new kind of social beverage, this is for you.

Responsibilities

• Represent Hail Mary at in-store demos, retail tastings, and community events
• Educate consumers and retail staff on product benefits, usage occasions, and cannabinoids (THC, CBD, CBG)
• Engage customers, encourage trial, and gather feedback
• Capture on-site content for social (photos, video, short testimonials)
• Support field marketing including event setup, teardown, and light merchandising
• Build relationships with local retailers, community orgs, and creators

Requirements

• 21+ and based in or near GREATER NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana
• Comfortable speaking to individuals and groups
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in cannabis, beverage, retail, or event marketing
• Passion for functional beverages or harm reduction
• Social media savvy and comfortable creating content
