Fragrance Du Bois, an international ultra-luxury fragrance house, is seeking polished and driven Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand in premier retail locations. This role requires a strong presence, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to deliver an elevated brand experience.

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be passionate about our brand, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to build relationships. Prior experience in the beauty and fragrance industry is essential, with a solid understanding of fragrance profiles, client engagement, and in-store selling. This role involves promoting our products, conducting product demonstrations, and gathering valuable customer feedback to enhance our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience to clients through fragrance storytelling and personalized service.
• Support and engage with clients during activations, events and in-store promotional initiatives to create brand awareness.
• Utilize strong sales techniques to drive product interest and increase sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support branding initiatives that align with company goals.
• Anticipate client and store needs — staying one step ahead to ensure seamless execution.
• Deliver accurate daily/weekly sales reporting and market feedback to management.
• Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury fragrance or beauty, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with clients, store associates, management, and internal teams.
• Consistency and reliability in scheduled hours (Wednesday–Sunday availability is required).
• A passion for fragrances, storytelling, and luxury client experiences.
