About the Role

We’re looking for a high-confidence, trustworthy, polished on-camera presenter to become one of the primary faces of our educational and promotional content for U.S. veterans.

This is a remote, flexible, long-term role with consistent monthly work—and strong potential to grow into a stable, expanding partnership with our organization.

• Speak in clear, natural American English
• Present well on camera and have a professional, friendly, relatable vibe
• Look like someone in the mid-30s to mid-40s range (on camera—not required, but preferred for audience trust)
• Want a predictable monthly baseline with room to grow

Compensation

• $2 per finished minute of content delivered
• Guaranteed $200/month when you deliver 100 finished minutes
• Most experienced presenters produce 100 finished minutes from about:
• 150 minutes of raw footage
• (New creators may take a little longer while learning the format)
• Typical effective rate: $65–$80/hour of actual recording time
• Additional work available as comfort & output increase
• Strong performers may take on expanded recurring roles, special projects, and advanced promo content

What You’ll Do

• Film educational content (explaining topics clearly from scripts)
• Film promotional segments (offers, updates, brand messages)
• Deliver clean footage in both formats:
• 16:9 landscape (1080p+)
• 9:16 vertical (1080p+)
• Keep shots steady, well-lit, and clean
• Sound natural and conversational, even when reading scripts
• Submit raw footage — we handle all editing
• Maintain a consistent visual setup (background, lighting, audio)

Required Technical Ability

• Ability to record in 1080p minimum
• Stable tripod shots + occasional handheld
• Quality lighting (simple ring light is fine)
• Quality audio (phone mic is fine if clear)

No special equipment required—just solid basics.
