Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer dealing, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Guide customers about our perfume products.
• Recommend fragrances based on customer preferences.
• Drive sales by engaging with customers and finalizing transactions.
• Organize the visual merchandising of the perfume section.
• Restock and arrange shelves to ensure availability.
• Track inventory levels and report shortages.
• Understand our perfume offerings and communicate to the customers effectively.
• Be aware of current fragrance trends and popular scents.
• Provide guidance about product ingredients, longevity, notes and packaging.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Guide customers to shop gifts or personal fragrances.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a retail environment.
• Friendly demeanor and well-groomed personality
• Clear speech of both English and Urdu language.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of working experience in similar role specially in retail industry- (Perfume section).
