Responsibilities
- Represent the brand enthusiastically & confidently across Social Media Platforms Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook, and Instagram
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interaction and sales.
- Manage social media platforms by creating compelling content, responding to comments, and growing our online community through active engagement.
- Collect valuable data during promotional activities to analyze customer preferences and improve marketing strategies.
- Assist in organizing and executing event marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product insights, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Utilize bilingual skills (if applicable) to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and expand outreach efforts.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products passionately and helping achieve promotional goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure branding consistency across all touchpoints and uphold the company’s image.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Social Media or customer-facing roles is highly valued for understanding client interactions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus for enhancing online presence.
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Bilingual proficiency (if applicable) to connect with broader communities and enhance outreach efforts.
- Knowledge of event marketing strategies to maximize promotional impact at various venues.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings during events or promotions.
