Brand Ambassador - Social Media Coordinator

UBuildIt—the nation’s largest construction consulting company—is looking for a high-energy, people-focused Brand Ambassador to be the face of our Tulsa team. You’ll play a key role in making sure our clients have an amazing experience building their dream homes—and turn those great experiences into referrals, content, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days look exactly the same—this role blends client relationships, marketing, and creativity:

• Visit active job sites each week (at least 3) to capture photos/videos and connect with clients
• Build real relationships with homeowners and turn great experiences into referrals
• Follow up with past clients (calls, check-ins, reviews, referrals—you name it)
• Capture final project photos, videos, and even client interviews
• Keep the buzz going on social media (3 posts + 1–2 videos weekly)
• Create and send a weekly email campaign
• Edit and post 1 high-quality YouTube video each week
• Get out in the community—hand out postcards and place job site signs in active neighborhoods
• Send out referral gifts to awesome clients who help grow the business
• Track surveys and client feedback to keep improving the experience
• Help bring events to life—home shows, seminars, and more (from planning to setup)
• Create and update marketing materials (flyers, boards, displays, etc.)
• Be the friendly, professional face of UBuildIt everywhere you go

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, confident, and great with people
• Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
• Comfortable on social media and enjoys creating content
• Creative eye for photos, videos, and marketing
• Organized and able to juggle multiple projects

Schedule

• Full-time
• Some weekend work (mainly for events—but it keeps things interesting)
