We are seeking an experienced Brand and Communication Manager to lead our brand's communication efforts and provide creative input across various activations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in communications, advertising, or PR, with a proven track record of coordinating with clients and delivering effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive brand communication strategies that align with business objectives
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging campaigns and activations
* Provide creative input and direction for brand communications, ensuring consistency and impact
* Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations
* Manage and execute various communication channels, including social media, events, and content creation
* Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies accordingly
* Foster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to drive business growth
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in communications, advertising, PR, or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication campaigns
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong creative vision and ability to provide innovative solutions
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
* Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Analytical skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
