Brand and Communications Manager

Job Purpose:

To develop, manage, and implement the Bank’s brand and communication strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels. The role supports the Bank’s reputation, strengthens customer loyalty, and enhances visibility in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.


Job Accountabilities:

  • Implement the approved brand and communication strategy across all relevant channels and activities.
  • Manage external communications including press releases, media relations, and public affairs.
  • Lead internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, social media, sponsorships, and advertising efforts.
  • Manage creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Support in event management for corporate communications and brand visibility.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership related to brand and communications activities.
  • Monitor and report on competitive brand activities and communication trends.
  • Support digital communication activities including website updates, social media content coordination, and digital campaign execution.
  • Timely and consistent execution of brand and communication plans in alignment with the approved strategy.
  • Positive media coverage, reduced crisis risks.
  • Campaign participation rates, employee feedback scores.
  • Consistency audits, brand guideline adherence.
  • Timely deliverables, cost efficiency, creative quality.
  • Successful coordination and execution of events; post-event reporting.
  • Accuracy, timeliness, and quality of reporting and documentation.
  • Regular competitor benchmarking reports submitted.
  • Timely updates, increased digital engagement, content accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or public relations within banking, financial services, or similar industry within UAE.
  • Strategic planning, media relations, brand positioning, marketing communications, stakeholder management.
  • Recognized communication or marketing certifications.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; project management; agency management; crisis communication.
  • Arabic Language is a must
