Brand and Creative Specialist

Position Summary

At Balance4ward, we believe great stories motivate people and the people in our industry have incredible stories worth telling. The Brand & Creative Specialist is responsible for capturing those stories and turning them into meaningful content that reflects who we are, what we do, and who we serve.

This role leads the development of visual content and creative assets across all channels in a way that is client-focused, relationship driven, and aligned with our culture and fundamentals. The ideal candidate is someone energized by being in the field, behind the camera, and working directly with customers to bring their experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Content & Storytelling

  • Own the creative development and execution of all brand and visual content across digital, print, social, and campaign channels.
  • Lead storytelling-driven content that centers on our clients, partners, team, and the industry - highlighting the work they do and why it matters.
  • Produce visual assets that reflect our fundamentals, uphold brand standards, and are rooted in authenticity and relationship-building.

Video & Photography Production

  • Plan, capture, and edit video content from concept through delivery (customer testimonials, the owner’s stories, day-in-the-life, culture spotlights, event coverage, farm/feedlot visits).
  • Shoot and manage photography for website, campaigns, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Work on location with clients, team members, and industry partners to authentically capture real environments and real people.

Brand Experience & Campaign Support

  • Support the creative direction and visual execution of the website using consistent brand language, tone, and visuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and influencers to support co-marketing and cross-promotion.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all outputs; uphold visual identity, messaging standards, and Balance4ward fundamentals.

Project Ownership & Collaboration

  • Manage timelines, prioritize creative requests, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
  • Communicate proactively, ask questions, request clarity when needed, and embody the Balance4ward mindset of Go. Fail. Think.
  • Approach work with a service mindset, supporting internal departments and client needs with humility, curiosity, and accountability.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5 years of creative, brand, visual design, content creation, or multimedia experience.
  • Agriculture-based experience required; livestock/feedlot/beef industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience in:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
    • Canva for templated and quick-turn assets
    • Photography + Videography (shooting & editing)
  • Ability to lead projects from idea to execution while representing the brand with professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand needs, and translate strategy into content.

Preferred

  • Experience shooting on-location in ag environments
  • Familiarity with website content platforms (WordPress, HooteSuite)
  • Experience supporting B2B or influencer partnerships
