Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead – B2B Brand & Marketing to shape and elevate Sarkar’s brand among high-net-worth individuals, institutional partners, luxury brokers, and the broader luxury ecosystem. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on brand positioning, marketing execution, lead generation, and customer/partner experience across our growing luxury residential portfolio.

You will be at the forefront of crafting narratives that reflect our premium identity—turning vision into campaigns, touchpoints into experiences, and prospects into brand believers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and evolve Sarkar’s brand identity to reflect our luxury DNA.
  • Develop a distinct positioning in Mumbai’s high-end real estate market.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, events, showhomes, and signage.

2. Marketing Execution

  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing plans (digital, social, PR, print).
  • Align marketing roadmaps with business goals—launches, visibility, and sales.
  • Lead campaign ideation, production, and performance tracking.
  • Manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and optimization.

3. Lead Generation & Partner Ecosystem

  • Build deep relationships with brokers, architects, consultants, and HNI influencers.
  • Drive quality lead generation and conversion through curated experiences.
  • Organize high-touch events, showhome previews, and partner engagement initiatives.

4. Customer Journey & Experience

  • Design and elevate the entire customer journey—from first touchpoint to handover.
  • Ensure all brand experiences (site visits, brochures, interiors, service) reflect precision, luxury, and design sensitivity.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead a small, high-performing brand/marketing team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—design, sales, architecture, finance.
  • Manage external agencies (creative, digital, PR) to ensure brand alignment.

Ideal Profile

  • 3–7 years in brand and marketing roles, ideally in luxury real estate, premium lifestyle, or high-end services.
  • Proven success in building premium brands and generating qualified leads.
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills; hands-on with content, digital, and events.
  • Deep understanding of HNI/UHNI audiences and luxury customer behavior.
  • Experience managing small teams and external agency partners.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related fields. Additional credentials in design/luxury brand management is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
