Position Summary
The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s brand strategy and marketing initiatives. This role ensures brand consistency across all business units, customer touchpoints, drives market awareness, leads content and campaign development, and supports revenue growth through strategic marketing execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong creative skills, analytical capabilities, and strong interest in leading our brand and marketing programs across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive, multi-faceted brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and internal/external communications.
- Oversee the creation and evolution of brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice.
- Oversee website content and messaging.
- Conduct regular brand audits to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market expectations.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure brand messaging is properly communicated and executed in product, sales, operations, and customer service.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, email, and paid channels.
- Manage content strategy, including blogs, website copy, collateral, email marketing, and multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and promotional assets.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, engagement, and lead generation.
- Identify and attend Networking and Trade Shows
Digital Marketing
- Lead website strategy, including SEO, content updates, UX enhancements, and analytics tracking.
- Develop and oversee social media strategy and content calendars across all relevant platforms.
- Manage digital advertising programs (website, Google Ads, paid social, retargeting, constant contact).
- Utilize analytics platforms to track performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Gather customer insights to inform brand decisions, messaging, and customer experience improvements.
- Present market and performance reports to leadership.
Project & Vendor Management
- Manage external agencies, designers, photographers, printers, and marketing vendors.
- Oversee marketing budget, planning, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate and attend events, trade shows, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing brand strategy and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
