The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketer who can translate technical, mission-focused capabilities into compelling stories and assets, working largely as an in-house one-person marketing team with access to design resources as needed. In this role, you will partner with leadership, business development, product management, and business development to develop and maintain our brand platform, create campaign strategies, and produce content that resonates with defense, federal, and enterprise stakeholders. -
Operate as a self-sufficient marketer who can write copy, build campaign assets using templates and basic design tools, manage calendars, and coordinate with a graphic designer when specialized creative is needed.
-
Create clear, compelling content such as one-pagers, capability briefs, case studies, presentations, landing pages, and light video or webinar content tailored to defense and government audiences.
-
Segment and target audiences (program offices, acquisition professionals, operators, integrators) and tailor messages for different decision-makers and influencers.
-
Define campaign goals and KPIs, build simple dashboards or reports, and communicate performance to leadership with recommendations for continuous improvement.
-
Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to ensure brand consistency in RFP responses, white papers, and customer-facing materials.
-
Manage and evolve brand standards, including logos, templates, tone of voice, and visual identity across internal and external touchpoints.
-
Coordinate company presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, including booth materials, messaging, collateral, and pre/post-event outreach.
-
Ensure marketing activities comply with security and compliance constraints, including classification, OPSEC, and IT/infosec requirements.

Comfort with marketing automation and CRM platforms to build nurture flows, track engagement, and support account-based marketing efforts.
-
Experience with content marketing, including thought leadership campaigns, blog or article development, webinar programs, and email sequences for technical and mission-driven audiences.
-
Familiarity managing digital channels such as company website, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, including basic SEO/SEM best practices.
-
Experience supporting or aligning with capture/proposal activities to keep brand, win themes, and messaging cohesive across pursuits.
-

-
High attention to detail and strong organization, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

-
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams including business development, product management, and leadership.
-
