GE Solucions is looking for a highly creative and results-driven Brand & Social Media Manager to lead the brand presence of our beauty care brand across Pakistan and USA markets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape brand identity, drive digital growth, and build meaningful customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Marketing

· Develop and execute brand strategies for Pakistan & USA markets.

· Plan and implement promotions, bundle deals, seasonal campaigns, and discounts.

· Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

Social Media Management

· Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Channel, etc.

· Oversee daily posts, reels, stories, and engagement-driven campaigns.

· Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand positioning.

Content Creation & Campaigns

· Ideate social media content, influencer collaborations, and video campaigns.

· Work with designers/editors to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.

· Track performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics.

Promotions & Engagement

· Plan promotions, bundles, and seasonal offers to boost sales.

· Manage influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs.

· Build and engage customer communities on WhatsApp & social platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

· Monitor KPIs across platforms and prepare monthly reports.

· Optimize activities to improve ROI.

Key Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in brand management/digital marketing (beauty/skincare industry preferred).

· Strong knowledge of Pakistani beauty/cosmetics market.

· Proficiency in social media tools (WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).

· Creative thinker with strong communication and ideation skills.

· Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
