Role Description

We’re hiring a Brand Architect (On-Site) to define how WYLE is positioned, expressed, and perceived from day one.

This is a strategic brand-building role at the foundation stage.

You will work directly with the Founder to shape WYLE’s positioning, voice, visual discipline, and storytelling architecture as we move toward MVP launch and fundraising.

You will design the brand system, and ensure it is executed consistently across all public touchpoints.

This role blends strategy and execution.

You will define the narrative, and help bring it to life through structured, premium content.


You Will Own

Brand Positioning & Narrative Architecture

  • Define WYLE’s core positioning for a high-performing UAE audience
  • Develop and document brand voice principles and messaging hierarchy
  • Translate complex AI concepts into structured, clear, compelling storytelling

Narrative & Content Architecture

  • Translate founder vision into structured, high-clarity messaging
  • Develop content pillars that guide LinkedIn and Instagram presence
  • Shape and refine posts, carousels, and short-form video storytelling
  • Ensure every piece of content reinforces positioning and long-term brand equity

Social Identity & Perception

  • Establish a premium, restrained, and intelligent social presence
  • Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all public touchpoints
  • Eliminate “startup noise” and protect brand quality

Launch & Community Narrative

  • Support event storytelling and ecosystem engagement
  • Convert conversations into structured brand momentum
  • Build anticipation around MVP release and waitlist growth


What Success Looks Like

  • WYLE has a documented brand system (voice, positioning, messaging rules)
  • Social presence feels premium, consistent, and intentional
  • Founder narrative is structured and credible
  • Messaging resonates with high-income professionals in the UAE
  • The brand feels serious before the product fully ships


You Have

  • 6+ years in brand strategy, positioning, or strategic marketing
  • Experience building or rebranding a company from early stage
  • Strong writing ability, clear, structured, intelligent copy
  • Deep understanding of premium positioning
  • Comfort working closely with a founder in a fast-moving environment
  • High ownership and internal standards
  • Strong strategic thinking, not just execution


Design Capability (Required)

You must have working proficiency in visual execution tools (Figma, Adobe, Canva, Framer or similar).

You do not need to be a full-time designer, but you must be capable of creating clean, premium brand assets, structured social visuals, and presentation decks independently when needed.

Portfolio required.


Compensation

In this phase:

  • This is equity-only until our pre-seed round closes (3-4months0.
  • Once funding is in, this converts into a competitive salary + benefits , with meaningful equity remaining.
  • If you need a guaranteed salary from day one, this won’t be the right fit.

We’re looking for someone who wants ownership over outcomes, not just a job title.
