Brand Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Brand Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment. You will support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the brand’s studio, storage, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Logistics

• Prepare and process all customer orders for shipping.
• Coordinate with couriers and ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.

Storage & Shop Organization

• Keep the shop and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Maintain inventory and report when materials or products are running low.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and stored.

Packaging

• Handle daily packaging of orders with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain brand standards for presentation and customer experience.

Material & Supply Runs

• Visit shops and suppliers to purchase materials as needed.
• Manage lists, budgets, and receipts for supply runs.

Events & Brand Activities

• Attend brand events, pop-ups, and exhibitions when required.
• Assist with setup, customer interaction, and overall event support.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.
• Must be comfortable working on the move (events, errands, etc.).
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or support roles is a plus (but not required).
• Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
