Role Description – Brand Associate
- Full-time, on-site role based in Kochi
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and brand campaigns
- Promote brand awareness across customer touchpoints
- Support initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets
- Assist in meeting sales goals through brand and customer support activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service
- Represent the brand consistently and positively in all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Team collaboration and problem-solving capabilities
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in brand management, sales, or customer interaction roles will be an advantage
