Role Description – Brand Associate

• Full-time, on-site role based in Kochi
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Assist in planning and executing marketing and brand campaigns
• Promote brand awareness across customer touchpoints
• Support initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets
• Assist in meeting sales goals through brand and customer support activities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service
• Represent the brand consistently and positively in all interactions

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Team collaboration and problem-solving capabilities
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in brand management, sales, or customer interaction roles will be an advantage
