Brand Barista | Lead Barista

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cost Controller Barista | Brand Barista | Lead Barista to oversee and elevate coffee quality across all our outlets. This role is responsible for maintaining brand standards, conducting regular store visits, training baristas, and ensuring consistency in beverage preparation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily coffee operations across multiple outlets
• Conduct regular store visits, inspections, and quality checks
• Ensure consistency in coffee preparation, presentation, and service standards
• Train, mentor, and develop barista teams (including Head Baristas)
• Lead onboarding and continuous training programs
• Monitor coffee quality, extraction, and calibration standards
• Support in menu development and beverage innovation
• Work closely with operations team to improve efficiency and performance
• Manage inventory, wastage, and cost control related to coffee operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cost Controller Barista | Brand Barista | Lead Barista | Coffee Trainer
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, extraction, and equipment
• Experience managing multiple outlets is an advantage
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and travel between locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• SCA certification or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in GCC is an advantage
