Brand & Content Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building premium brands in the pizza and food-service industry, including equipment, education, events, and media.

We’re looking for a Brand & Content Coordinator to help organize, publish, and grow our brand presence. This role is not just about posting content it’s about coordination, consistency, and execution.

This position will begin as a paid trial with the intention of transitioning into a full-time hybrid role for the right candidate.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content & Social Media Coordination

• Assist with social media posting and scheduling

• Coordinate with our videographer for video content

• Coordinate with our content creator for captions, graphics, and posts

• Ensure content is published consistently and on time

Website, Articles & Blogs

• Assist with updating articles and blog content on our website

• Help organize written content for SEO and brand authority

• Work with ownership to outline topics and themes

Strategy & Brand Development

• Work directly with ownership on content and brand strategy

• Help plan campaigns, launches, and initiatives

• Support long-term brand development projects

Events & Education Projects

• Assist with coordinating marketing for events and trade shows

• Help support the launch of a Pizza & Bread Training School

• Organize educational content and promotional materials

BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED

• Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube preferred)

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Basic writing skills for posts, articles, or blogs

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Docs, or similar

(Advanced design or video editing is not required.)

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Organized and proactive

• Comfortable coordinating with creatives and business owners

• Interested in food, pizza, hospitality, or branding

• Looking for long-term growth and responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.28 - $29.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
