Working hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (night shift)
Weekly hours: 40 hours / week (5 days; scheduled breaks will be provided to align the shift with a 40‑hour workweek)

Role summary

On-site role responsible for end-to-end evening content production and live community engagement. Create short-form video and static social content, publish during peak night engagement windows, manage audience interactions, and support product launches and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static posts.
• Edit and finalize assets using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Maintain content calendar and publish on schedule during the 6:00 PM–3:00 AM shift.
• Manage community: monitor comments and messages, respond per brand guidelines, escalate issues.
• Support campaigns: execute creative briefs for launches, promos, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyze performance: track reach, engagement, CTR; run A/B tests and iterate on formats.
• Organize assets: keep raw footage, final files, and caption copy well catalogued.

Required qualifications

• 2–4 years experience creating content for brands or agencies.
• Strong portfolio of short-form video and social-first content.
• Proficiency with video editing and basic motion graphics.
• Clear copywriting skills for captions and CTAs.
• Familiarity with social analytics and content optimization.
• Comfortable working 6:00 PM–3:00 AM and handling live engagement.
• Reliable punctuality and ability to work on-site at the Rawalpindi office.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with influencer coordination and paid-social creative.
• Photography and studio lighting basics.
• E‑commerce or product-content experience.
• Knowledge of local trends and platform-specific best practices.
