Ettika is a Los Angeles–based fashion accessories brand known for bold, trend-driven jewelry and lifestyle pieces. We partner with leading retailers including Shopbop, Revolve, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, and Macy’s, while continuing to grow our direct-to-consumer and social presence. Content is a core driver of our brand, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on leader to own it end-to-end.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Content Manager to lead Ettika’s content strategy and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a highly creative, visually driven professional with a strong background in content creation, photoshoot production, and digital storytelling within fashion or lifestyle brands.

The Brand Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content that aligns with marketing goals, strengthens brand identity, and drives customer engagement across social media, ecommerce, email, and wholesale channels. This role blends creative vision with hands-on execution, including managing monthly photoshoots and producing always-on content in between.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that support brand objectives, launches, and marketing campaigns
  • Own Ettika’s content roadmap across social, website, email, paid media, and wholesale
  • Translate brand and product goals into clear creative concepts and shot lists

Content Creation & Production

  • Plan and manage 1 photoshoot per month, including concepting, timelines, samples, props, and coordination
  • Oversee production of high-quality content including:
  • Photography
  • Short-form video (Reels, TikTok, BTS)
  • Styling and try-on content
  • Coordinate freelancers such as photographers, videographers, stylists, and models
  • Ensure content is optimized for multi-channel use (site, social, email, ads)

Always-On Content

  • Lead ongoing in-office content creation between shoots to maintain consistent output
  • Support creation of social-first, UGC-style, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Partner with social and marketing teams to adapt content for performance

Asset Management & Optimization

  • Manage content publishing and updates across content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress)
  • Organize and maintain asset libraries, ensuring proper usage rights, formats, and delivery
  • Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to optimize content for conversion

Performance & Optimization

  • Utilize SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics to improve content visibility where relevant
  • Track content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights
  • Continuously refine content strategies based on performance data and trends

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, social, ecommerce, and leadership teams on campaigns and launches
  • Support email marketing, social marketing, and ecommerce initiatives with strong visual storytelling
  • Stay informed on industry trends in fashion, content, and digital marketing

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in content management, brand, or creative roles (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photography, video, and digital content
  • Proven experience managing photoshoots and creative production
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, video editing tools)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and social-first content strategies
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO fundamentals, and analytics tools
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Experience with B2B marketing, white papers, or marketing automation is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
