Brand + Content Manager

We are looking for someone who can both create content and elevate our brand over time.

This role is a hybrid between execution and direction. You will be responsible for producing a high volume of content (graphics, social, visuals), while also improving how the brand looks, feels, and communicates.

This is not a pure design role, and not a pure strategy role. You must be able to do the work and improve the work.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForContent Execution (Day-to-Day)

  • Create weekly celebration graphics (rank ups, achievements, announcements)
  • Design monthly top sales and recruiting graphics
  • Produce marketing graphics for social media
  • Manage and post social media content
  • Create website graphics and visual assets
  • Design slides for weekly huddles and trainings
  • Create business materials and infographics

Brand & Marketing Direction (Ongoing)

  • Improve overall brand look, feel, and consistency
  • Develop ideas for campaigns, product drops, and promotions
  • Refine visual standards across all content
  • Identify what content performs well and evolve strategy
  • Bring ideas to improve how the brand shows up online

What This Role Requires

  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Ability to produce content quickly and consistently
  • Strong visual taste (you know what looks modern vs outdated)
  • Understanding of social media and content performance
  • Ability to balance speed with quality
  • Self-direction — you don’t wait to be told every detail

This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:

  • Only want to design and not think about brand direction
  • Prefer slow, highly polished work over fast execution
  • Need constant direction or approval
  • Struggle to manage multiple recurring deliverables

This Role IS a Fit If You:

  • Can both create and critique content
  • Enjoy improving things over time, not just completing tasks
  • Move quickly without sacrificing consistency
  • Take ownership of how a brand looks and evolves

Important Note About This Role

This is a hybrid role. Part of your time will be spent producing content, and part will be spent improving the overall brand.

As the company grows, this role may evolve into either:

  • a Brand Lead (strategy), or
  • a Creative Lead (execution)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,223.70 per year
