GForce Arms is building an in‑house marketing department from the ground up, and we’re looking for a hands‑on, jack‑of‑all‑trades Marketing Manager with real firearms industry experience. You’ll be the first marketing hire — the person who builds our brand presence, manages our content, runs our social media, coordinates trade shows, handles publications, and manages influencers.
This is a builder role, not a corporate director role. You’ll create the systems, produce the content, and shape how GForce shows up in the market.
What You’ll Own
- Content creation & oversight: photos, videos, product launches, campaigns, and brand messaging
- Social media: daily posting, community engagement, growth strategy
- Trade shows: SHOT Show, NRAAM, distributor events, booth design, logistics
- Publications: coordinating reviews, press releases, product placements
- Influencers: identifying, negotiating, and managing firearms‑industry creators
- Swag & gear: apparel, merch, packaging, promotional items
- Brand consistency: ensuring all messaging aligns with GForce’s identity
- Department building: establish workflows, vendors, and future team structure
Who You Are
- A marketing generalist who can do a little of everything — and do it well
- Experienced in the firearms industry (non‑negotiable)
- Comfortable being the entire marketing department at first
- Creative, organized, and able to execute quickly
- Strong communicator with clean, consistent brand instincts
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience
- Firearms/outdoor industry experience
- Strong content and social media skills
- Experience with trade shows and vendor coordination
- Ability to manage influencers and media relationships
- Strong writing and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Photography/videography direction
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience launching or growing a brand
- Experience managing contractors or freelancers
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
