- Revitalize Me — a national telehealth company for health optimization And also own a hyperbaric oxygen therapy center

- Mid Michigan Foot & Ankle / Premier Foot & Ankle Centers — multi-location podiatry practices

- Old World Pizzeria — a beloved local dining institution

- A physician personal brand with a growing presence in medicine, wellness, and entrepreneurship

Each brand has its own identity, audience, and voice. Together, they require someone who can think in systems — and still make every single post feel personal.

The Role

We’re looking for a Brand & Content Manager who can do it all — and do it exceptionally. This is a rare full-time, in-house position for someone who thrives in fast-moving, multi-brand environments and isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats without dropping any of them.

You will be the creative engine behind our digital presence across healthcare, wellness, and food/hospitality — managing social media, editing video, shaping brand strategy, and working hand-in-hand with our Google Ads specialist to keep paid and organic efforts aligned.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who has done this before, produces work they’re proud of, and can hit the ground running.

What You’ll Own

Social Media Management

∙ Manage and grow social accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn for multiple brands

∙ Build and maintain content calendars for each brand, tailored to audience and platform

∙ Community engagement — responding to comments, DMs, and maintaining brand voice consistently

Video Editing & Content Production

∙ Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

∙ Work with existing footage, graphics, and assets to produce polished, on-brand content

∙ Collaborate with the physician/owner on educational medical content, behind-the-scenes, and personal brand storytelling

Brand Strategy

∙ Advise on brand voice, visual identity, and positioning when needed

∙ Identify growth opportunities, content gaps, and platform trends relevant to each brand

∙ Ensure brand cohesion across all channels without losing each brand’s individual identity

Collaboration with Paid Media

∙ Work closely with our in-house Google Ads specialist to align messaging between paid campaigns and organic content

∙ Support ad creative needs — graphics, copy, video assets — as needed

What We’re Looking For

You must have:

∙ 3–5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or brand management (agency or multi-brand in-house experience strongly preferred)

∙ A portfolio that demonstrates range — ideally across different industries or brand types

∙ Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)

∙ Strong copywriting skills with the ability to shift tone across industries (medical/professional ↔ casual/food & hospitality)

∙ Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously

∙ Comfort working directly with a founder/executive and translating their vision into content

Bonus points for:

∙ Experience in healthcare or medical content (HIPAA awareness a plus)

∙ Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or paid media workflows

∙ Photography or graphic design skills

∙ Experience growing accounts from the ground up

Pay: $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
