Role Description 📝

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and culturally tuned-in  Brand Content & Social Media Strategist  to lead content direction and social-first storytelling for our brands at Idealz.

You will be responsible for designing content strategies, shaping our brand voice, and creating platform-native narratives that grow engagement, build community, and drive performance. This role blends creativity, strategy, and analytics — perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of culture, trends, and business impact.


What You’ll Be Doing ✅

  • Own the  end-to-end content strategy  across FB, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn and other relevant social channels.
  • Develop platform-specific content plans that grow engagement, community, and brand affinity.
  • Build content calendars aligned with campaign launches, product drops, and seasonal moments.
  • Identify cultural trends, social moments, and audience behaviors to shape timely, relevant content.
  • Collaborate with creative, video, performance, and product teams to create cohesive storytelling.
  • Craft compelling brand narratives, scripts, captions, and messaging frameworks.
  • Drive influencer and creator-led content strategies in alignment with brand and campaign goals.
  • Analyze social insights, content performance, and audience data — and convert them into actionable improvements.
  • Innovate new content formats, episodic series, and social-first storytelling frameworks.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all social touchpoints and content types.


Skills & Qualifications 🧩

  • 7–10 years of experience in  content strategy, social media, brand storytelling , ideally within lifestyle, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of  social platforms, content formats, and cultural trends  across the GCC and global markets.
  • Proven experience creating content strategies that drive engagement and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and brand storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, audience insights, and content optimization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, growth, and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with creator/influencer ecosystems and partnership strategies.
  • A portfolio or examples of content/social strategy work is strongly preferred.
