Brand & Creative Coordinator

Remains Lighting Company is seeking a Brand & Creative Coordinator to help bring our visual identity to life across photography, marketing, digital communications, events, and brand storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone with exceptional visual taste, strong organizational skills, and an appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and materiality. Working closely with our VP of Business Development and in partnership with our staff photographer, you will help shape how Remains is experienced by architects, designers, collectors, and clients around the world.

We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable styling a photoshoot, sourcing props, developing a photography set, designing an email campaign, organizing creative assets, and contributing ideas that elevate the overall expression of the brand.

This is a highly collaborative role for a creative person who enjoys turning ideas into beautiful, tangible work.

What You'll Do

Photography, Styling & Creative Production

• Collaborate on photography concepts, composition, and visual storytelling
• Style products and environments for photography
• Develop and maintain photography sets, surfaces, backdrops, and environmental elements
• Source props, materials, and supporting visual elements
• Prepare products and environments for photography
• Support art direction and creative execution during shoots
• Help ensure imagery aligns with established brand standards
• Contribute ideas that elevate the quality and distinctiveness of our visual presentation

Brand & Marketing Execution

• Design email campaigns and digital marketing materials
• Assist with social media and content preparation
• Develop presentations and promotional materials
• Maintain organized marketing asset libraries
• Support product launches, events, and special initiatives

Brand Systems & Standards

• Assist in developing and documenting brand standards
• Maintain templates, creative assets, and style references
• Help ensure consistency across communications and marketing channels

Creative Research & Development

• Research visual references and creative inspiration
• Explore materials, styling approaches, display concepts, and presentation techniques
• Bring fresh ideas from art, fashion, architecture, craft, and design into the creative process

What We're Looking For

• Strong visual and aesthetic judgment
• Experience in styling, creative production, photography support, visual merchandising, fashion, interiors, gallery design, or related creative disciplines
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to balance creative exploration with disciplined execution
• Appreciation for craftsmanship, materials, and enduring design

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
