Position Summary
The Brand Creative Specialist is responsible for maintaining the visual identity, graphic design and creative output, and physical brand presence of the TEZ marketing ecosystem. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand Specialist supports brand campaigns, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives that with graphic design, project management, and systems oversight. You’ll work closely with product and sales teams to ensure our brand shows up clearly and consistently in all sales materials and marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse and a strong communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit, experience using creative apps/tools, and knowledge of martech stack systems.
Responsibilities
- Creative Execution: Execute the design and production of high-impact visual content for web, social media, email campaigns, and product marketing initiatives.
- Multimedia Production: Utilize professional-grade "chops" in graphic design and multimedia to create engaging video content and digital assets that tell the TEZ story.
- Trade show & Event Oversight: Own the end-to-end creative and operational execution of trade shows, including booth design, logistics, and on-site brand representation.
- Brand Assets & Premiums: Manage the selection, design, and procurement of high-quality premium items and corporate merchandise to drive brand affinity.
- Website Creative Support: Support website and landing page visual infrastructure using WordPress, Beaver Builder, and Yoast SEO to improve conversion through superior aesthetics.
- Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner with sales and operations stakeholders to provide creative support for presentations, collateral, and client-facing materials.
- Documentation & Standards: Help establish brand architecture standards and style guides to ensure a unified voice and look across the organization.
- Operational Agility: Maintain a "roll up the sleeves" mentality, assisting with general marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed to support company growth.
Responsibilities
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, brand management, or a related creative field.
- Creative Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling across digital, print, and video mediums.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with WordPress and Beaver Builder is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with martech systems including Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), Outreach, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, WordPress, Yoast SEO, ZoomInfo, OptinMonster, Beaver Builder, and related tools.
- Project Management: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple event and design deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Flexibility: Comfortable managing both long-term brand roadmap initiatives and day-to-day creative and administrative support.
