URGENT HIRING | Brand Deals Closer & Sponsorship Coordinator

We’re scaling fast — and we’re hiring someone who can close sponsorship deals and own execution end-to-end.

We’re now opening a high-ownership, revenue-driven role for someone who can close deals and ensure flawless execution end-to-end.

Company: Autometa Ltd.

Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore

Timings: Hybrid (Onsite + Remote)

Compensation: PKR 90,000 per month + commissions


Role: Brand Deals Closer & Sponsorship Coordinator


You’ll own the entire sponsorship lifecycle — from inbound lead → deal closure → published video with client approval.

This is a revenue + execution role, not a coordination-only position.


What You’ll Own:


1. Brand Deals & Closing:

  • Handle inbound sponsor leads (Email, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
  • Qualify brands based on budget, audience fit, and relevance.
  • Pitch sponsorship formats (integrations, dedicated videos, bundles, retainers).
  • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Close one-off and long-term partnerships.
  • Follow up relentlessly until deals are closed.
  • Maintain a clean deal tracker / CRM.

2. Integration Video Coordination:

  • Share brand guidelines & talking points with the editing team.
  • Track integration progress and timelines.
  • Coordinate internally to unblock delays.
  • Ensure delivery milestones are met

3. Client Review & Approval:

  • Send videos to clients for review.
  • Collect and relay feedback clearly.
  • Ensure revisions are implemented.
  • Secure final written approval before publishing.


What We’re Looking For:


1. Required:

  • Experience in brand deals, sponsorships, influencer marketing, or media sales.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube sponsorship pricing & deliverables.
  • Excellent spoken & written English.
  • Confidence dealing with US / EU brands.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and follow-up driven.
  • Able to manage multiple deals independently.

2. Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with YouTubers or creator agencies.
  • Existing contacts in AI / SaaS / developer tools.
  • Understanding of CPMs, conversions, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Sheets, or basic CRM tools.


What This Role Is NOT:

  • No cold outreach at scale.
  • No content creation or editing.
  • No channel analytics or management.


Your focus: closing deals + keeping sponsors happy


Compensation & Upside:

  • Base salary: up to PKR 90,000
  • High commissions on outbound/self-sourced deals.
  • Commissions on retainers & long-term partnerships.
  • Performance bonuses.
  • No commission cap.


This role scales directly with your performance.


Work Style & Availability:

  • Hybrid (remote + office).
  • Must be responsive during GMT & EST business hours.
  • Active email monitoring throughout the day.
  • Office presence required during sponsored integration coordination.
  • Flexibility for time-sensitive client follow-ups.
