Job Responsibilities

  • Visual Execution: Lead brand and marketing-related visual design, including social media content, campaign visuals, official websites, and product promotional materials. Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery under high-volume demand.

  • Brand System Iteration: Participate in the construction and iteration of the brand's visual identity, including UI styles, brand manuals, and visual guidelines, to enhance overall brand consistency and professionalism.

  • Event Support: Provide visual design and creative assets for offline events and industry exhibitions (e.g., expos, gala dinners, and brand activations).

  • AI Integration: Expertly utilize AI design tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize efficiency, including image generation, visual conceptualization, and creative exploration.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand or visual design; Crypto Exchange experience is highly preferred.

  • Performance: Strong execution and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain stable design output in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

  • Toolkit: Proficient in mainstream design software (Figma, Adobe Suite); basic video editing and production skills are required.

  • AI Savvy: Proactive in adopting AI design tools to integrate them into actual workflows for improved productivity and creative output.

  • Aesthetic Sense: Excellent brand awareness and aesthetic judgment; ability to master brand tone and continuously elevate visual performance.

  • Project History: Proven experience in exhibition/event visuals or large-scale brand identity projects is a plus.

  • 品牌体系迭代: 参与品牌视觉体系的建设与迭代,包括品牌 UI 风格、品牌手册及视觉规范,持续提升品牌整体的一致性与专业度。

  • 线下活动支持: 负责线下活动及行业展会(如展会、晚宴、品牌活动)的视觉设计与各类延展物料制作。

  • AI 赋能: 熟练运用 AI 大模型及设计辅助工具提升设计效率,涵盖图像生成、视觉草图、内容辅助及创意探索。

岗位要求

  • 从业经验: 5 年以上品牌或视觉设计经验,有加密货币交易所经验者优先

  • 执行力: 具备极强的执行力与时间管理能力,能在高密度需求环境下保持稳定的设计产出。

  • 软件技能: 熟练使用主流设计工具,并具备基础的视频剪辑与制作能力。

  • AI 协作: 熟悉或愿意深度使用 AI 设计工具与大模型,能够将 AI 融入实际设计流程,提高工作效率与创意上限。

  • 品牌审美: 具备优秀的品牌意识与审美水平,能够精准理解品牌调性并持续优化视觉表现。

  • 项目背景: 有大型展会、活动视觉或品牌升级项目经验者优先。

加分项 (Plus)

  • 具有知名交易所(Exchange)从业背景。

  • 拥有主导品牌手册(VI)制定或品牌焕新项目的实操经验。
