Position Overview

The Brand Designer will be responsible for concepting, designing, and delivering creative assets that drive engagement, strengthen brand identity, and support sales across all channels. This role bridges digital and print design ensuring that everything we create reflects the brand voice and aesthetic.

You’ll work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and our product teams to craft beautiful, cohesive visuals that connect with our audience and bring our products to life.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Design & E-Commerce

  • Design digital marketing assets including homepage banners, collection graphics, PDP visuals, and landing pages for wholesale and e-commerce.
  • Create email, email flows and SMS marketing assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines for all sales channels.
  • Develop on-brand content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) including static posts, in motion graphics, GIFs, stories, and reels for paid and organic strategies optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team, leadership team and agency partners to ensure assets provide a balance of artistic vision with commercial objectives to drive conversion and engagement.


Brand & Marketing Collateral

  • Design seasonal catalogs, look books, and wholesale sell sheets.
  • Concept and design product packaging, hangtags, inserts, and other physical brand touchpoints.
  • Develop brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns with assets for events, trade shows, and partnerships.
  • Create and maintain current marketing decks for brand and seasonal storytelling.


Experiential Design: Showroom/Trade Shows

·       Lead showroom layout design to create visually engaging product displays and branded floor layouts.

·      Design and produce showroom/trade show booth assets including banners, backdrops, signage, and displays.

·      Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the space elevates the brand and showcases the assortment to drive wholesale engagement.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work with the creative and marketing teams to translate campaign concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms for all sales channels.
  • Stay current on design, lifestyle, and retail trends to keep the brand aesthetic fresh and relevant.
  • Assist with additional design and creative projects as needed.
