We are looking for Brand Designer;
Main Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Rollic’s visual identity across different platforms.

Convert brand principles and campaign briefs into engaging creative concepts and designs.

Create a variety of assets including social media content, video formats, event materials, and more.

Propose innovative ideas and formats that effectively communicate our mission and products.

Stay updated on visual trends in gaming and social media, drawing inspiration and applying it in your work.

Brand Design System
— Establish and expand a consistent brand system, covering colors, typography, illustrations, icons, photography, and motion guidelines.

Marketing Materials
— Lead the creation of assets for digital campaigns, social channels, print, and events.

Video & Motion
— Design storyboards and guide the visual style for explainer and brand videos (animation skills are a plus).

Illustrations & Graphics
— Develop visuals for the website, product interfaces, and marketing channels.

Presentations & Decks
— Produce visually appealing slides and decks that convey our stories effectively.

Events & Merchandise
— Design one-pagers, booth visuals, promo materials, and swag that reflect Rollic’s identity.

Ensure brand consistency across all outputs while exploring new creative directions.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

A portfolio that highlights brand storytelling, campaign concepts, and multi-platform execution.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.

Experience managing and scaling a brand’s visual identity across multiple assets.

Ability to lead creative sessions and turn strategic briefs into compelling visual outputs.

Experience collaborating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
