Brand Designer
SKETCHES Advertising is a Cairo‑based creative agency dedicated to crafting cohesive, innovative brand identities that resonate across print, digital, and social platforms. We partner with clients across industries to tell their stories through compelling visual design.
Position Overview
As our Senior Brand Designer , you will report directly to the Creative Director and play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our clients’ brand experiences. You’ll lead the development of brand guidelines, design key collateral, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistency and impact at every touchpoint.
Location: In‑Office, Cairo, Egypt
Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Define & Maintain Brand Guidelines
Develop comprehensive brand identity toolkits (logos, typography, color palettes, visual systems).
Design Brand Collateral
Create brochures, business cards, packaging, signage, and other print materials.
Collaborate with Marketing & Content Teams
Align creative executions with campaign objectives and brand strategy across all platforms.
Produce Digital Assets
Craft engaging social‑media graphics, digital ads, and promotional visuals that drive audience engagement.
Iterate on Designs
Incorporate feedback, refine concepts, and ensure timely delivery of polished, high‑quality work.
Stay Ahead of Trends
Monitor design innovations and apply fresh techniques to keep client brands current.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in brand identity design with a strong, diverse portfolio.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Exceptional creativity and expert eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
Highly detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with print production processes
MacOS Proficiency : Comfortable working on Apple/macOS systems, as our creative environment is built around macOS workflows.
Basic understanding of user‑centered design principles for digital interfaces.
