About the Role

Lumacast is seeking a Brand Designer to join our Creative and Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands that strong design translates across mediums — from printed materials and email campaigns to social media and motion graphics.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing while working alongside our video production team to ensure every piece of content feels cohesive and unmistakably Lumacast.

Our visual language is well established. The right candidate will work confidently within it while bringing thoughtful execution and attention to detail across all formats.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Print Production

  • Design and produce brand materials including product catalogs, lookbooks, brochures, and showroom takeaways
  • Create and design newsletters and email campaigns aligned with the Lumacast brand identity
  • Maintain typographic consistency and strong layout standards across all print and digital materials

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Create graphics, carousels, and story assets for Instagram and other social platforms
  • Coordinate post scheduling and help manage the social media content calendar in collaboration with the video production team
  • Monitor and manage Instagram and Facebook inboxes daily, responding to inquiries and redirecting where appropriate

Production Collaboration

  • Work closely with the video production team to integrate motion graphics, animated elements, lower thirds, and graphic overlays
  • Ensure visual consistency between static design and video content
  • Contribute to the continued development of brand templates and design systems

What We're Looking For

  • A strong design portfolio demonstrating clean, thoughtful, and typographically strong work
  • Ability to execute within a refined, high-end architectural aesthetic
  • Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail in all deliverables
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with Figma for digital asset creation
  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects) is highly preferred
  • Understanding of social media design, particularly Instagram, and how design functions within them
  • Strong skills in layout, typesetting, and visual hierarchy
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team player
