JJob Title: Graphic Brand Designer (Product & Packaging Focus)
We are seeking a talented and strategic Graphic Brand Designer to elevate our brand presence across retail shelves. This role is ideal for a creative professional who understands not only visual design, but also consumer behavior and purchasing psychology.
Our company is launching multiple food products, including chocolate and spreadable creams, and we need a designer who can create eye-catching, cohesive, and memorable branding that stands out in a competitive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strong brand identities across multiple product lines
- Design packaging that is visually compelling and optimized for retail shelf impact
- Apply strategic thinking to design decisions, considering target customers and buying behavior
- Create cohesive visual systems including color palettes, typography, layout, and product presentation
- Collaborate with our team to ensure brand consistency across all products and marketing materials
- Continuously refine and elevate the overall brand look and feel
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio (branding and packaging required)
- Experience designing for physical products, especially retail packaging
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to think strategically about customer perception and buying decisions
- Experience working with food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
