SUMMARY:
Thomasville Restoration’s vision is to be the #1 Restoration company in the Mid-Atlantic Region. To help achieve this goal and support our growth, we are adding a Brand & Digital Content Coordinator. This position offers a unique opportunity to help the Head of Brand/Culture continue to authenticate the Thomasville brand which is known for being an amazing place to work with an unrivaled culture focused on Family First, Compassion and Communication as well as share the mission to put family’s homes and lives back together across the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Brand

  • Assist in planning and executing company events (at least 15 a year)
  • Design internal content from the Brand and Culture department (Phone and Computer backgrounds, newsletter,etc)
  • Assist in obtaining proposals from vendors for events
  • Nurture and build relationships with teammates and vendors
  • Own our rewards program in which we reward our team members for job’s well done
  • Maintain marketing material inventory and replenish as needed
  • Respond to google reviews
  • Curate monthly Birthday/Anniversary office celebrations
  • Maintain and Update Visual Directory

Social Media/Website

  • Curate and schedule a minimum of 3 impactful social media posts each week for the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Respond to comments on social media, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Analyze data from social media platforms to determine what types of posts/timing receive the best feedback
  • Ensure website is kept up to date with fresh, new content
  • Manage blog posts on internal intranet
  • Take photos at company events/functions for social posts
  • Create marketing campaigns under the direction of Head of Brand and Culture

Qualifications

  • A 2 or 4-year degree in marketing, graphic design or similar
  • 2+ years of work experience in marketing/brand support
  • Working knowledge of Canva (or similar) graphic design programs. Photoshop/Illustrator strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office with an expert focus on Outlook, Sharepoint and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative with an attention to detail
  • Bilingual strongly preferred (English and Spanish)

Role will require very few nights and weekends, depending on event schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
