The BrandDigital Marketing Specialist supports the Arch Promo Group's marketing and sales efforts by designing on-brand creative materials, managing digital content, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. This role blends hands-on design work with digital marketing coordination, ensuring that materials, social media, catalogs, and website content align with brand standards and support growth initiatives.
Hours:
This position is expected to work approximately 25–30 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase up to 40 hours per week during peak or busy periods based on business needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Design e-blasts and marketing materials for the corporate brand.

Maintain and update design templates used by facilities; review and approve location-specific e-blasts to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Create social media graphics and content in collaboration with facilities, including the use of AI tools to support production.

Develop and update company catalogs for sales and tradeshow use.

Design and maintain the digital Zoom catalog, including plant-specific versions.

Learn and execute updates to the company website, including adding and modifying items once the new platform is launched.

Serve as the central point for company logos and ensure proper usage in accordance with brand guidelines.

Support national sales and marketing efforts through additional projects as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong graphic design ability with an eye for visual consistency and brand alignment.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, microsoft, HTML and CSS).

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media content creation.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines across departments.
