Brand Director

We are hiring a Brand Director to lead and strengthen a fast growing fintech brand globally.

This confidential role needs a strategic leader who can build a clear, consistent, and trusted global brand while adapting to local markets across Africa, LATAM, Asia (APAC), and MENA.

You will own the brand identity, set long term strategy, and guide how the brand stands out from competitors. You will lead a global team of 10 to 15 specialists across Social Media, PR, Client Communications, and Market Analysts to ensure a unified, high impact presence in every region.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global brand identity and positioning
• Lead Social Media teams and build content pillars and toolkits for each region.
• Oversee PR, announcements, product updates, and all client communications.
• Manage Market Analysts and educational content including reports, tutorials, and daily insights.
• Partner with Creative to direct brand campaigns and visuals.
• Lead and develop managers across a global team.
• Work with Growth, Product, and regional teams to keep brand and performance aligned.

Experience

• 8+ years in brand, communications, or marketing leadership, with 3 to 4 years at senior level.
• Proven experience shaping brand strategy across multiple regions.
• Experience leading global teams of 10 to 15 people.
• Strong background in social, PR, communications, or educational content.
• Fintech, online trading, or regulated industry experience is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable turning insight into clear messaging and decisions.
