Job purpose
This position plays a key role in supporting Godshall’s digital, social media, influencer, email, and experiential marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, consumer engagement, and brand loyalty. This role helps coordinate and execute marketing programs across digital platforms and consumer events while contributing creative ideas, compelling written content, community engagement, and trend-informed marketing support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary job duties and responsibilities include:
- Monitor emerging social, cultural, food, wellness, and consumer trends to identify relevant content opportunities, consumer insights, and timely brand conversations.
- Identify, coordinate, promote, and support high-traffic consumer events that increase brand awareness and encourage product trial and purchase.
- Contribute creative ideas for social content, captions, community engagement, and campaign support initiatives that align with the Godshall’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Support the planning, coordination, scheduling, and publishing of content across Godshall’s digital and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Assist in the execution of organic and paid digital strategies designed to grow brand awareness, enhance audience engagement, and drive conversions across both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and consumer inquiries in a timely, authentic, and professional manner.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, creator outreach, and user-generated content initiatives to support brand campaigns and increase audience engagement.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content coordination, copywriting, scheduling, segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Support content capture opportunities, including mobile photography/video, behind-the-scenes moments, product features, and event coverage as needed.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media, influencer, email marketing, and experiential activation performance using platform analytics and management tools such as Sprout Social.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and vendors to support broader brand and marketing initiatives.
- Perform additional marketing and brand support responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, digital, influencer & email marketing, content creation, event coordination, or related marketing roles.
- Experience managing social media and email marketing platforms, and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar, preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform behaviors, influencer engagement, and digital content best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Creative storytelling skills with strong copywriting and content development ability, focused on writing compelling social posts, email marketing content, promotional messaging, and community responses in an authentic brand voice.
- Experience coordinating influencer partnerships, community engagement initiatives, and email marketing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, paid social, analytics/reporting, and basic graphic design or content editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-informed recommendations.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and external partners.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events, activations, and content opportunities.
- Passion for food, culture, storytelling, and consumer engagement is a plus.

- Managing projects, timelines, and logistics with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Using analytics and platform insights to evaluate performance and support ongoing optimization efforts.
Working Conditions
- Office-based environment with regular use of computers and digital tools for social media management.
- Travel required for executing and/or attending events, meetings, or industry conferences.
- Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate event schedules and deadlines.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation.
- Ability to lift and carry event materials, signage, and promotional items.
- Ability to stand and move around during event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Good vision and coordination for reviewing event layouts, signage, and promotional materials.
