Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Executive with strong expertise in market analysis, brand management, ATL & BTL campaigns, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in brand management within the stationery, FMCG, or product-based industry , possessing the ability to translate market insights into impactful brand strategies that drive growth, engagement, and visibility.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Management & Strategy

  • Assist in developing and executing brand plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Support the creation and management of annual marketing calendars and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning, tone, and visual identity across all communication channels.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze consumer insights, sales data, and market feedback to guide brand and product strategies.
  • Track brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Plan and execute ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing initiatives — including print, outdoor, digital, and in-store promotions.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies for campaign development, media planning, and content creation.
  • Drive visibility and engagement through brand activations, events, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.

New Product Launches & Branding

  • Support the end-to-end execution of new product launches — from packaging to communication strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Design, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Monitor market response and optimize post-launch strategies.

Digital & Communication Management

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to strengthen brand presence across online platforms.
  • Manage social media communication and online brand campaigns to ensure alignment with overall brand tone.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or product promotion within the FMCG, stationery, or consumer product industry.


Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage ATL/BTL campaigns and brand activations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
