Reed Recruitment Middle East is currently looking for Brand Executive with experience in Jewellery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling distribution of stocks of designated brands to stores across the Region

Creating purchase orders, processing invoices for the consigned brands and preparing GRN/costing sheets
-
Reallocating stocks within locations based on sales
-
Handling inventory control and stock ageing analysis
-
Liaising with logistics and procurement teams – internal as well as the brand principals
-
Providing inputs for deciding sales promotions, incentives, processes etc.
-
Generating and sharing ideas on ways to improve efficiency within the allocated work profile
-
Participating in brand sponsored events
-
Handling customer queries
-
Coordinating brand related training of retail staff
-
Calculating brand specific incentives for retail staff
-
Allocating of merchandising collaterals to the locations based on campaigns/requirements
-
Preparing weekly/monthly reports for internal use and brand principals.
Requirement:
-
Graduate or Post-Graduate in business administration, retail management or a related discipline
-
2-3 years of relevant brand management experience
-
Must possess strong analytical skills and a high aptitude for number crunching

Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
