We are looking for a Brand Executive & Product Trainer to join our growing team.
This position plays a dual role — managing assigned brands while leading product training initiatives for internal teams and retail partners. The ideal candidate will be experienced in brand management, marketing coordination, and confident in conducting training sessions that strengthen brand knowledge and retail performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Brand Management & Marketing

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Plan and implement marketing activities, including digital campaigns, social media strategies, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze trends, and track brand performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance brand positioning and execute promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, track ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, acting as the brand’s spokesperson.
• Monitor competitors to ensure our brands remain market leaders through regular analysis of pricing, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Identify new brands and product categories monthly to expand the portfolio and enhance market offerings.
• Curate engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Product Training & Sales Support

• Conduct monthly training sessions for internal sales teams to enhance product expertise and sales effectiveness.
• Educate retailers and sales staff on product features, benefits, and unique selling points to improve in-store performance.
• Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and workshops to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.

Brand & Supply Planning

• Manage brand-level order planning, forecasting, and coordination with suppliers to ensure smooth supply flow.
• Prepare and review monthly purchase forecasts aligned with brand performance and sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and sales trends to plan timely replenishments and prevent stock gaps.
• Collaborate with suppliers on pricing, promotions, and product planning to support market objectives.
• Track brand-wise stock movement and aging inventory to develop targeted sell-through strategies.
• Prepare business reports, brand reviews, and presentations for internal management and brand partners.
• Strengthen supplier relationships to ensure alignment on production timelines and overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, product training, or marketing within the UAE, preferably in the Baby, Toy, FMCG, or Consumer Goods categories.
• Brand Management: Strong understanding of forecasting, order planning, and inventory flow.
• Marketing Expertise: Proven knowledge of brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and execution.
• Training & Presentation Skills: Excellent ability to conduct engaging and informative training sessions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
