Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Brand Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. Reporting directly to the Art Director, this role supports the development of packaging, print, and digital assets across multiple product categories, including sleepwear, intimates, kids, and private label. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various design disciplines. This role requires a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate concepts into engaging designs that resonate with our target audience. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role for someone who can multi-task, passionate about the importance of both beauty and function in design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design packaging from concept to production: hangtags, boxes, bags, labels, tissue, and custom packaging.
- Develop digital creative assets for emails, paid ads, and website in alignment with brand campaigns and seasonal launches.
- Collaborate closely with production, sales, and design team to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across various platforms.
- Create mood boards, design presentations, mock-ups, and production-ready artwork.
- Maintain and evolve brand design guidelines across print and digital mediums.
- Prepare, manage, and release accurate files for print production, including dielines and specifications.
- Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure print quality, timelines, and material integrity.
- Stay informed on trends in packaging, digital design, sustainability, and retail innovation.
- Apply color theory principles to enhance visual communication across designs.
- Participate in photoshoots or creative reviews to ensure design vision is executed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of packaging and digital design work with an emphasis on brand identity, typography, and storytelling.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Figma, After Effects, or 3D tools (e.g. Blender) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of packaging production, print processes, and file prep (dielines, specs, materials).
- Experience designing for digital platforms with a strong grasp of responsive and performance-based design principles.
- A collaborative spirit, with strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with packaging practices and design standards.
- Experience working with global vendors or overseas production teams.
- Interest in fashion, branding, and elevating the consumer experience through thoughtful design.

Pay: $51,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
