Brand Growth & Operations Manager (Commission-Based)

P&S is a growing dessert and beverage brand specializing in milkshakes, sweets, and youth-focused experiences. We are currently restructuring and looking for a strong leader to elevate the brand, increase sales, improve operations, and manage the team effectively.

This is a high-impact role designed for someone confident in their ability to drive revenue and deliver measurable results.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Brand & Operations Manager who will:

• Increase sales across all outlets
• Implement creative ideas to boost brand visibility and revenue
• Manage and motivate staff
• Improve operational efficiency
• Introduce new revenue channels (events, partnerships, promotions, etc.)
• Reduce costs and improve profitability

This role is fully performance-based (percentage model). There is no fixed salary. The candidate will earn based on results achieved.

Accommodation and transportation can be provided if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales growth strategies
• Analyze daily/weekly sales performance and take corrective action
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline
• Implement marketing and promotional campaigns
• Improve customer experience and service quality
• Control inventory and reduce wastage
• Create partnerships with schools, events, malls, and play areas
• Build systems and SOPs for better performance

Compensation Structure

• Percentage-based earnings (to be agreed based on scope and targets)
• No fixed salary
• Accommodation and transportation may be provided

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: QAR500.00 - QAR501.00 per week
