Brand Growth Partner & Content Lead (Equity-Based)

We aren't looking for a "work-for-hire" freelancer; we are looking for a strategic partner who wants to grow with us. This role is designed for a high-impact individual who understands how to move the needle through content and wants to be compensated like an owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital "face" of our newest product lines.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on market expansion strategies.
• Develop high-converting content across TikTok, IG, and YouTube to drive brand authority.

Pay: $52,443.14 - $763,157.32 per year
