JOB SUMMARY

A proactive and detail-oriented intern to work with our Brand Team to support the Integration of Joiners into our organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in project management, brand operations, and social media coordination. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences and contribute to the broader integration efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management Support :

  • Assist in tracking and coordinating tasks related to Joiner Integration projects.
  • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and communications across teams.
  • Attend team meetings and document action items and follow-ups.

Administrative Support:

  • Organize and maintain integration-related documentation and resources.
  • Support logistics for onboarding events and initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other operational tasks.

Social Media and PR Assistance:

  • Help draft and schedule content.
  • Monitor engagement and assist with analytics reporting.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field, expected.

EXPERIENCE :

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Dev Ops, Excel) is a plus.
  • Experience or interest in social media platforms and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
