WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading); knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when needed.
  • Creative, innovative, and research-driven mindset.
  • Results-oriented with effective stress and time management.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...


  • Support the preparation of order lists and monitor import processes
  • Manage product allocations and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery to sales points
  • Identify and address the needs of sales points while contributing to their development
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual commercial performance reports
  • Collaborate with the Technical Service department to support after-sales services
  • Participate in team workshops to define the brand’s vision, mission, goals, and strategies
  • Contribute to brand positioning and report on performance, costs, pricing parameters, and market conditions
  • Assist in sales forecasting and support marketing activities in line with brand strategy
  • Research market trends, track competitor activities, and provide actionable insights
  • Conduct periodic store checks and ensure deficiencies are resolved
  • Accompany wholesale field teams during site visits
  • Collaborate with the legal department to prepare contracts and follow up on signature processes
  • Monitor and report dealer and consumer feedback
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose innovative ideas
  • Optimize sales costs and support profitability initiatives
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
