Tayyeb Hospitality is a growing, family-owned hospitality group behind some of the Triangle’s most beloved brands. From cafés and bakeries to campus kiosks and catering, we are committed to bringing people together through food, community, and hospitality. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and strengthen our market presence.

Job Summary

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that drives growth across all channels—digital, in-store, and community. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of marketing experience who is eager to take ownership of brand strategy while remaining hands-on in execution.

You will oversee digital marketing (SEO, website management, social media, paid media campaigns), in-store promotions and signage, community partnerships, and consumer engagement. Working closely with ownership and store managers, you’ll shape the way our brands connect with customers and grow across the Triangle.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement integrated brand strategies that align with business goals.

Establish quarterly marketing objectives and KPIs to measure impact.

Digital Marketing

Manage SEO, website updates, email marketing, and social media presence.

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.

Creative Direction & Content

Lead creative strategy for marketing materials, in-store promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Oversee production of digital and print assets (working with designers/agencies as needed).

Community Engagement & PR

Build relationships through sponsorships, partnerships, and local events.

Manage public relations efforts to positively position the brands in the community.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance and brand health using digital and competitive benchmarks.

Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or consumer brands.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, analytics, social media, and paid media.

Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital + in-store).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills; able to balance strategy and execution.

High level of comfort with computers and software systems; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or the ability to manage creative resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
